Shipping

  • We currently deliver within Enugu State only.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Delivery within Enugu metropolis is typically completed within same day or 24 hours, depending on the time your order is placed.
  • Deliveries to other towns and Local Government Areas within Enugu State are completed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, including your delivery details.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns for defective or incorrect items are free of charge.
  • Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days using your original payment method or another agreed payment option.
  • Items damaged through misuse, normal wear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information required to process and deliver your order: full name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

  • Your payment information is processed securely through our trusted payment partners and is never stored on our servers.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

  • All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
  • Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. However, the price displayed at checkout is the price you will pay.
  • Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and different screen displays.
  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been delivered, our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
  • We currently provide delivery services within Enugu State only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected to involve fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
